How do I return an item?
WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY.
In the event you receive your "hair" and are not pleased, you can ship your hair back to the return shipping address at the FULL cost of the customer. The product cost will only be applied as a store credit, in the determination that all product labels and tags are still applied, and hair has not been worn, bleached, shampooed, or tampered with in ANY way.
Refunds will only be honored if you receive the incorrect hair opposite of what is on your paid invoice.
